On September 10, 2013 I completed 19 Curl-ups, 30 push-ups, and 98 step-ups with a heart rate of 140bpm. On October 2, 2013 I completed 32 push-ups, 20 curl-ups, and 100 step-ups with a heart rate of 138bpm.
I improved on all of the fitness assessments. These improvements happened because I did a workout at home 3 days a week. In this workout I incorporated push-ups, crunches and sit-ups, and some running. Furthermore, I worked hard during our in-class workouts, and we did step-ups as part of our warm-up. Through this my heart became stronger and I had a little more endurance.
I definitely tried my best on my fitness assessments, but I can still improve by increasing the intensity of workouts with a few more reps as I get stronger and develop more muscular strength and endurance.
